The 116d of 114 hp, 141 hp 118d and 120d of 181 hp are powered by BMW's own 2.0-liter diesel.

For model year 2012, BMW has made some adjustments at one of the series. The headlights and taillights have been redesigned, and the 128i receives air curtain standard on coupe and convertible, a feature that improves aerodynamics. Apart from these small adjustments, the 2012 model is very similar to the previous generation. That means you may be able to swing a deal on the 2011 model. The adjustment of the base, the 128i comes with a 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine, the 135i and the most expensive comes with a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline six-cylinder engine 2012 BMW 1 Series.
